Our Policies ...
• Weekend / Holiday room rates
   range from $95 - $145 a night,
   double occupancy.
•  Weekday room rates are from
    $85 - $135 per night, double
    occupancy.
•  Additional occupants are $10
    per person per night.
•  Two (2) night minimum stay on
    most weekends.
•  Advance deposit equal to one
    night's lodging required.
•  MasterCard, Visa, personal
    checks or cash are accepted.
•  7-day notice of cancellation
    required for return of deposit.
•  Check-in at 4:00 pm, check-out
    at 11:00 am
•  No pets please (we have a
    resident kitty)
•  We regret we cannot
    accomodate children under 12
•  Our House is non-smoking
•  Gift Certificates are not     redeemable for cash

Gift Certificates
To request a Gift Certificate via email, you may also submit the below form.   If you would like to have the Certificate recipient choose the dates, just leave the dates blank.

A short note regarding Gift Certificates ... the Park Avenue Guest House reserves its rooms on a first-come, first served basis. As much as we try to accommodate our gift certificate guests, a gift certificate will not guarantee you a room on the date of your choice. We recommed booking your stay with us as far in advance as possible, so that you may visit Galena on the date (or in the season) of your choice.
